Who we are

Emanti Property Maintenance is an insured handyman and home-maintenance service for homeowners in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, and Dewey-Humboldt, and nearby Yavapai County communities.

Emanti Property Maintenance is not a licensed contractor. We take on small repairs and home maintenance. We do not take on work that belongs to a licensed trade, such as electrical, plumbing, gas, or heating and cooling, or structural work, or work that needs a building permit.

What this site is for

This site describes the kinds of work we do and lets you ask for a quote. The services listed are examples. They are not a promise that we can take on any particular job, and what we offer may change. We work to keep the site accurate, but we cannot promise it is free of mistakes or always up to date.

Quotes and work

• Asking for a quote is free and puts you under no obligation.
• Sending the form or contacting us does not create a contract, and it does not mean we have agreed to do the work.
• If we can take on some or all of your list, we will tell you which jobs and give you a quote for them.
• Any work we do is arranged with you directly. The price, the scope, and the timing are whatever we agree with you for that job, not anything written on this website.

Photographs

Photographs labeled “Past project” are our own, from earlier construction work, and are shown as background on our experience. They are not a list of services. All other photographs are stock images used for illustration, and do not show our work or our customers. The photograph of the two of us is our own.

Using the site

Please use the site only to learn about our services and to contact us. Do not send false or misleading information through the form, send spam or automated requests, or try to interfere with how the site works.

Our content

The Emanti name and logo, the wording on this site, and our own photographs belong to Emanti Property Maintenance. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

The site may link to other websites, such as the service that delivers our quote form. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for what is on them.
